Workmanship Warranty Policy

Warranty Period: One (1) Year

NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, stands behind the quality of its workmanship. We provide a one-year limited workmanship warranty on labor and installation services performed by our company, beginning on the date the project is substantially completed.

1. Coverage

This warranty covers defects in workmanship resulting from labor or installation performed by NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, during the one-year warranty period.

If a covered workmanship issue arises, NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, will inspect the issue and, upon determining that it falls within the scope of this warranty, will arrange for the necessary corrective work at our discretion.

2. Exclusions

This warranty applies to workmanship only and does not cover:

Products and materials: Products, equipment, fixtures, materials, and other items supplied or installed as part of the project are excluded from this workmanship warranty. Any applicable manufacturer warranties will be subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Live plants and natural materials: Trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, grass, and other live plants are excluded. Plant health, growth, survival, and replacement are not guaranteed under this warranty.
Normal wear and tear: Deterioration, aging, weathering, or damage resulting from normal use or exposure to the elements.
External causes: Damage or failure caused by severe weather, acts of nature, pests, improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, accidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Third-party work: Repairs, alterations, modifications, or installations performed by another contractor or third party without prior written authorization from NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC.

3. Warranty Claims and Corrective Work

Customers must notify NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, of a potential workmanship issue within the one-year warranty period. Notice should include a description of the issue and, when possible, photographs or other supporting information.

NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the reported issue and determine whether it is covered under this warranty before any corrective work begins.

4. Unauthorized Repairs and Reimbursement

NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, will not be responsible for the cost of repairs, replacement work, service calls, or other expenses incurred by hiring another contractor or service provider to address an alleged workmanship issue unless NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, has expressly authorized the work in writing and has contracted with that provider directly.

Customers who arrange repairs independently without prior written authorization will be responsible for all associated costs. NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, does not guarantee reimbursement for unauthorized work.

5. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is limited to the workmanship coverage expressly described in this policy. It does not create a guarantee of product performance, plant survival, or results affected by conditions outside our control.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

6. Acceptance and Acknowledgment

By accepting a proposal, contract, or completed project from NTX Outdoor Upgrades, LLC, the customer acknowledges receipt of and agrees to the terms of this workmanship warranty, subject to the terms of the applicable project agreement and applicable law.
